hunger pains

I am trying out this new program from the book, I can make you thin. It says eat when you are hungry and avoid it when you aren't eating. I have an issue that I think I live to eat not eat to live. I want to start eating to live so I can get into better shape. But how can you tell if you the pains are hunger pains for different pains. So sometimes I get heart burn and I haven't eaten in a while. I assumed at first these were hunger pains and now I am not sure because they don't necessarily always go away when I eat. Also, does the positioning of the pain or feeling specify if it is hunger pain or not? I am so confused because since I have been doing this I don't eat much because welll I am never hungry, but I don't want to be starving myself without knowing it. Thanks in advance.

5-7 small meals a day and youll get rid of the heartburn, if it doesn't get pepcid "complete" and it will take the heartburn away just 1 works all day. grab an apple or a piece of oat bread. i lost 83 pounds just by portion size, wheni get full i stop, if im not hungrey during the day i drink v8 fusion light, ya got the fruit and veggies mixed and it tasts good. its like if you get thirsty then drink it really doesn't do any good you need to keep hydrated at all times, you'll make a few xtra trip to the bathroom but you'll be hydrated all day. any of those books just makes the seller rich. portion size does it, and after a week or 2 you'll be full on a 1/2 plate of food just dont eat junk food. 1 big mac is 3 days worth of fat.if you starve yourself your body will go into sleep mode like hybernating and you'll never lose weight.

Thanks, I will try what you recommend. I think I need to do as you did. I just need to get my portion sizes straight. But it was in the process of trying to figure this out that I think I started to cross a line between being not full but not hungry and starving myself. hey check this out ,my friend told me about grape's ,eat 5 when you get up, then 4-5 every 3 hrs if you have something to keep them in during the day at work. i just lost 5 more pounds doing this in 1 week. small meals during the day and the grapes count as a small meal that keep's you metabolism going thru out the day. have a good lunch and small nite time meal. if you get hungry eat a few grapes. oranges are loaded with sugar so your defeating your purpose, mellon is also lite on natural sugar.
