Some people said that they can't sleep if some light is coming but for me I don't have such problems I can lay down and takes only few seconds to go for a sleep and I prefer sleeping with the dim light on...How about you?

well, i must say that i can`t sleep with the light on. I have a bulb outside, just in the front of my window from my bedroom. You must be so tired, if you can sleep with the light on, because when i`m tired, i can sleep even if it`s the light on, even if it`s the music lound, or it`s a noisy place.. but when i`m not so tired.. i don`e hear anything, I`m already dreaming in few seconds.

I can sleep with a light on, but most of the time it has to be a dim light, unless I am very tired and then it does not matter how bright the light is. I enjoy having a little light as to see where I am going if I need to get up and use the bathroom at night.

Me too I don't have any problem sleeping with lights on expecially when I'm very tired. I think it bother me more noises than lights. I prefer to sleep with a little lamp on.

I have a 9 week old son. These days I am so tired, I don't care if the light is on or not. Regularly, though I prefer lights out. Gives me a more peaceful sleep.

I also can sleep with the light on, if it's a dim light. But I usually only sleep with the light on, if I'm sleeping alone. If I'm sleeping with my fiance, then I will sleep with the light completely off. But if one of us has to get up much earlier, then we may sleep in different room. However, nowadays, this doesn't happen often.
