A question about Domain Names

Hello everyone :) Today , I came with a question about domain Names , I like to buy one off any type or .com or .net it doesn't really matter. But what interests me is that it has to be very cheap , a would say 3 to 4 $ per year or life time :D I if it accepts moneybookers :) Do you know Any host that will provide this kind of service ??? Or do they exist ?? Its a strange question now ??? I think now you're asking yourself why so cheap ?? Its not like I don't have money :D The reason is just uhh, I have 6 $ on my moneybookers account and I kind of want to spend them on something useful :D So can you help me???
