Are traffic generation sites against google adsense?

Google ad sense says that the automated traffic to the sites is against google's terms and conditions. But I didn't got what's this automated traffic generation sites. Well I have been using easyhits4u since about one and half month. My account is safe till now. But still I doubt is this again adsense rule. Are the traffic exchange sites like easyhits4u, clickthru, traffichoopla, hit2hit etc against the terms and condition of google adsense? Thanks in advance for the response...

Hi Nzal, thanks for adding a comment in my Hubpages. I notice that you have not linked your two articles to your blogs. Since you have a few blogs, it is a good idea to make use of Hubpages to provide backlinks. The backlinks from Hubpages are better quality than those from other places. You can also sign up Amazon.com, and use keywords to search for items to display on the Hubpages.

haha Nzal, you are so funny! You make such an easy thing hundred times more difficult! Glad to see that you have one fan already, that's very fast! I'm the second one. One of my fans have written a nice hub about using Hubpages to provide links to other sites. You can check out his article in Hubpages "Best way for writers to earn money online" by jGaunt. He really provides very good advice. Now I'm going to rewrite some of the articles posted in AC and Helium, and then upload to Hubpages to provide backlinks to my blogs.
