Kasab to be Chargesheeted Today, what next?

It is all over media today that nearly 5000 page charge sheet will be filed against Kasab today. But do you think the prosecution will be quick? With the gravity of charges against him, we all want he should be punished soon. There are varied opinions as well.what is your thought?

hello subha,
no matter who was the 'real mastermind' behind the attack, point is - many innocent lives were taken that day... and no matter who gave the instructions to carry out the attack - Kasab was definitely one of those attackers, he pulled the triggers,.. whether he was forced to and did it out of consent.. he is one of the people responsible for the killings... and he should be punished for it!
