Complete offers to be paid

I join some site like cashtroops and pricelive. They said that they will pay me if i complete the offers. Will they really pay me? Are these site international because most of the offers are for US and Canada based citizens.
If you have some international sites where I can be paid by completing offers and without me paying them, can you pls post them.

American was duplicity for ever ,we can't trust them.but wo can earn dollors,it'a good idea.
