Which fruit or vegetable gives you good? Why is suggested to have liqiud more?

My friend wont eat few fruits or vegetables, bcoz of this his health has beeen disturbed and he became very lean these. Share your views about any fruit or vegetable , and how it is helpful in building up good health. happy mylotting, thnk u

all fruits and vegetables are healthy but we find there are few list of fruits and vegetables which are suitable to us. always it is told that banana puts on fat and an apple a day keeps the doctor away but when we compare the nutrients of both the fruits banana contains more nutrition than apple but then too we have this concept about banana. i always try to eat fruits which will not effect my health, i would always stay away from fruits which can cause cold as i am allergy to cold and get infected very fast. i always try eating grapes and citrus fruits in summer which is good for skin. all vegetables are good and there is no classification in it that any vegetable effect in a bad way instead all vegetables helps keeping us healthier.

you right, 'an apple keeps the Dr away'. Instead off taking these fruits can i prefer to tak juice, Will it be equalent to eating fresh fruits

surely fruit juice contains nutrients and as healthy as the fruit but still a whole fruit has its own importance, so always prefer to take a whole fruit than the juice.

Hello! I like carrots they are yummy with dressing and without. Great snacks and they help give you good eyesight.

Fruits rae best for you plus they are good. They can be put into lots of different things too and mixed with other foods and dips. Apples: fiber and vitamin C Bananas:absolute best food-not just fruit- you can eat. Oranges: good fluids and the most vitamin C of any fruit Cranberries: help fight infections and other illnesses and is good for your kidneys All sorts of berries: cancer fighting and vitamin C and other various benefits depending on which berry Pomegranates have disease fighting nutrients plus they are fun to eat Pineapple has lots of vitamin C which fights aginst getting sick Then there are dried fruits like apricots and dates and raisins...all are very different but really good. Sugared dates taste like candy plus they have iron and potassium. Dried fruits are also great with nuts which have good monosaturated fats in them which are excellent for your heart. Good luck!
