What is the payrate of some PTR sites?

If we see the ads some PTR sites(ex:hero-mail.com, ok-usd.com) it is said $1.00, $100.00 per mail. What is the actual payrate of such sites and are they really paying the members? Most of the sites are promising their rate as like above and in their FAQ they used to mention that their actual pay rate will depend on their monthly earnings.What to understand from them?
