PS3 or Wii or Xbox 360?

Which is better? Never mind the sales, as the Xbox would trash all oppostion, but for gameplay and internet connection, which is the best?

actually the wii has sold so much better, its already sold more than xbox wich had a 1 year head start, and the ps3 still needs time to get there, but in terms of gaming i must say xbox Only becourse of xbox live and some of the exclusive titles, but with all the hardware failures that ive had(RRoDx2)atm my disc reader is starting to fck up also being extremely noisy and sometimes wont read the discs, im going for the ps3 next time since PSN is free also,

Yeah, i'm buying a ps3 because of some of the game titles and free psn but also as i was suspended from Xbox LIVE for no apparant reason and i was very unhappy with this, LIVE takes stupid complaints way too far.

yeah so true, the worst experience ive with them, ive had twice now, i got a new credit card, and my account says i have to update it but i cant from the xbox, just taking me directly offline, and even if my card didnt work i should still have silver but that never happened to me since the day i made the acc, so now i go to microsoft billing page and they never stated i had to pay only that my account details werent legit or w/e and it even stated i had gold membership in there, so i change my card to the new one and bam they charged me for 3 months wich only last 2 days more than my original sub, wich would end the 18 march wich not ends the 20,but i havent had any extra months, im calling the supprt on monday:D i dont wanna pay for jack twice:D

I used to be an owner of a Wii (I gave it to my sister since I don't have much time to play) and my husband has a PS3 and totally loves it. I think it depends on the person because like Wii is more of a family oriented system and the other two are more hardcore. What I loved about the Wii is the ability to play old school titles on its virtual console and some of the multiplayer games that came out. What I like about the PS3 is how the graphics look on the screen and some of the games can be played on the PSP. I wish I could say something positive about the XBox but I only played with it twice and I am not too drawn to it.

Wii's are making millions from exploiting the family games consoles but has still not caught up with PS3 or Xbox 360. These consoles are the consoles of choice of teenagers and adults who like realistic gaming.

According to my boyfriend and his best friend that are both avid gamers...... The Xbox 360 is the best by far. They both say that there are not enough great games out yet for the PS3 and the Wii seems to have more children's games. The Xbox 360 Has many great games and some children's games and some for the older gamers as well. I think it is a more well rounded system.

Yeah i agree with you totaly. PS3's games titles are no match for the 360 and the Wii is a childish console. Tell your boyfriend he as very good taste;)

I think console wars are stupid. It's just a reason for retarded fan boys to complain about something. Why can't everyone enjoy them equally? Flaws or not.

I wasn't trying to start a console war, just trying to start a discussion with replies. After all they are only consoles.

I am an owner of a PS3 and i would say there is more exclusive games to PS3 than Xbox right now which is why im saying PS3 is better. As for gameplay there is apperently more improvments in the Playstation machine than there is in the Xbox, i dont really know they look about the same, but as for going online i would have to go with Xbox. They are about even, Wii on the other hand is a fun consle but i dont have much intrest in them even though theres one in my house.

Yeah, i'm so jealous of Killzone 2, when a was a PS2 gamer i loved Killzone and completed the campaign over and over(call me sad if you want.) And LIVE is a better service than PSN which has a very slow download rate. However i am thinking about buying a PS3 and does anyone know wher i could find one for under £200/$240? Thanks

Dudes, the WII is the best because it actually gets you moving instead of sitting on a couch all day with a game controller. No matter what people say, the WII rules all because it has better graphics and it has the best games like Naruto Clash Of Ninja Revolution 2! Also the PS3 has many violence and gore games which you won't really like and the Xbox 360 has cheesy games (no offence). So ya the WII is the best plus it has internet connection

I take no offence about your cheesy games remarks:) And the Wii does get you moving and active but i lose interest in it for a while as no games really appeal to me for the Wii.

I will first say that I only own an xbox 360, but have played the other two extensively. Having said that, 360 and ps3 are not the same by any stretch, but they each have strong things going for them. the wii IS fun and certain games are amazing to play on it (mario galaxy, resident evil 4, the list goes on), but in the end most of the games provide very limited entertainment. xbox 360 has a ton of great games and a very good online experience, while ps3 has comparable graphics (though i think better for action/motion) and fewer titles. I used to play playstation exclusively until 360 came out way before the ps3 and I couldn't hold out any longer. The biggest difference is the general one between playstation and xbox, and it comes down to preference, in my opinion.

While I, myself, own a Wii, I must say that the Xbox360 is the best in my opinion. The Wii has a very small selection of games for "hardcore" or avid gamers but there are a few that stand out because they star what we have come to know as the faces of Nintendo, such as Super Smash Bros. Brawl, which has quite a collection of the the classic characters of Nintendo, as well as some newer faces, and the Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess game which was also released for the Gamecube, the predecessor of the Wii, felt as if there could have been a little more to it. Sorry if I seem to have gotten off topic...
