Is CIAO a good site to make money from.

Apparently they have stopped paying for referring friends and writing reviews... so now how do we get paid?

Before when they are still paying a dollar per review, Ciao is my top earning site. But now it is no longer among my top earning sites. I am mot very active anymore with this site, I rarely submit a review to them. I don't know why this happened to Ciao.
