Searching for a New way to make Curry Chicken!

My dad has got me hooked on this food Curry Chicken, but I was wondering how many other ways can it be made. If you could please share what and how to make it I would Love to make this tommorrow!

originally, I do chicken curry by sauteeing garlic, onions, bell peppers and chicken. Then I add a cup of coconut cream and let the chicken cook in it. Then I add the curry powder/curry cube/curry sauce and finally top it all with fried potatoes and carrots. Seasoning it with salt,pepper and extra chili comes last.
Then my other version will be using plain yogurt instead of coconut cream and substitute whole cashews and water chestnuts instead of carrots & potatoes.
