Is Obama still in good standing in other countries?

Before the recent U.S. election, Obama was extremely popular abroad. Many countries believed that he was the right person to lead our country. When he was officially elected, I recall that people in other countries actually celebrated. Perhaps this was in hope of better foreign policy or interraction, or perhaps they just liked the man. After his short time in office, he has completed a few tasks that will change the course for the country. He also signed the economic stimulus package. Do you think that he is still in good standing with other countries? For those who live in other countries: Do you think that he is taking the right steps in order to get our country on track for the future?
