It hurts to know when you find someone very close to you and someone you have trusted so much has lied to you. but what if, you suspect someone is lying to you but you have no proof. Do you try to try hard to catch him/her out or do you confront him/her right there and then? . . .

This is kind of a tough one. I can relate because I have had to deal with this off and on for the past 2 years. It is hard to ignore a gut feeling. I have tried to have patience and wait for proof, but my emotions always get the best of me, and I end up confronting them. I guess looking back, I would have to say confront them with your concerns, because there may just be the chance that it is not as bad as you are thinking. I know I blow things out of proportion the more I think about things on my own. I could have saved myself alot of mental anguish, if I would have just confronted the person upfront. Not sure if this helps, but thank you for posting it, because it made me take a step back look at it from a different perspective.

yeah it helped, it's always nice to hear the opinion of those who had been in same situation.
