Can behavior be decoded?

Can you tell if a person you are in a relationship is going to be faithful to you? If you have been cheated on repeatedly in your relationships and find someone that doesn't exhibit any of that behavior does that mean his isn't a cheater? Or just really good at covering it. Okay, maybe not even a cheater how. Are their codes of behavior guys do or say when they are really into a girl. I want to know. I've been hurt so many times. And it seems there is no reason or clue and it hits me. And these are looooong relationships. Kids involved and everything and then it's like I get hit upside the head and I'm like, where the heck did that come from! Guys, don't be shy here, I'm not doggin you... I want EVERYONE, men and women to tell me what you do that's different when you really care about someone. Not the lust and flowers and chocolate crap. The good stuff.
