The furthest I ever ran was 8miles in 30 minutes, it was ind of cross country event and I thoroughly enjoyed my run.

maybe 8k in 30 minutes but not 8 miles. That's lessthan 4min per mile. the world record for 2 miles is just barely under 8 minutes.

The furthers I ever ran was about 5km back in school times long long time ago!

May be 1 km to get gas for the car. Otherwise to run farthest, nothing came up in my life to do so. Congratulations. You ran 13 miles, you should try for next marathon. I have put a cheetah picture for you. You cannot be running faster than cheetah.

I don't run at all anymore and in the days when I did it was just for fun, nothing serious at all. These days I walk because it is still exercise and easier on the feet as well as for my heart. :)

I've ran 3 miles before. I am not a very good runner at all. I would much rather go biking.
