Cabin Fever and the Winter Blues

Its the end of February, and I really have cabin fever! I hate to get out to even go to the store, because it is so cold out. Today it is foggy and rainy, there is a 2 hour delay at school, and I have nothing planned today. I cannot imagine living someplace like Alaska, where it is cold most of the year. Anyone else ever feel this way? How do you cope with cabin fever and the winter blues?
