After the Mumbai attacks last year even you saw the attitude of the state as well as national leaders of the political parties. Number of families lost there loved ones in this trajedy. The local pepole had their anger level at itz peak. Therefore many of decided not to vote in favour of any party in the forthcoming elections to explain the loss to the people who didn't understand actually and even to those who used this issue to gather votes. Should there be a column quoting "No one eligible to become the leader" be there on the voting machine to explain the selfish leaders who came forward for there personal interests and that the actual power is vested in the hands of the people of India to make the "leaders" OR could you suggest someother way to solve the problem.

I think that sometimes the point of voting is to pick the lesser of the two evils. you may not like either but because no one else is running you should pick the person who you think will do the least amount of damage. IF there is an option you could write in who you want to vote for but often this is a waste of a vote because you are the only person voting for this write in candidate. I am not up to date with things in India so I do not know if this has helped.
