Full Tilt is aggravating me

DO you all know of that poker site full tilt? Well, It is aggravating me, because all of the adds say you can play for free and win a seat in a real poker tournament....well They have freeroll games which are supposed to allow to do just that, but I can never register in one. When I wrote support they told me how to do it, ( I already knew that) it just doesnt let me! I am so annoyed! Has anyone else encountered this problem or one like it where you do something for one reason and then it doesnt work out that way? Or they advertise one thing and you can never do it?!?!
