Should Seinfeld Have Continued on Into the New Century?

Do you think Seinfeld ended too early? Perhaps you think the show went on longer then you would have liked? Or maybe you've never heard of Seinfeld? Either way, what's your opinion on the matter? My personal view is that, although I love the show I'm happy it ended when it did. If it went on longer, and went into a lull, ending the show like this would be very disappointing. Basically, they left while they were still in front. Discuss. -Aidan.

Seinfeld is one of my all-time favorite shows. I believe it ended at an appropriate time. Creator Larry David had left the show a year or two before it ended, then Seinfeld decided the show should end before it had a chance of overstaying its welcome. I'm glad Larry David came back to do the finale. He made sure the characters stayed true to the end instead of the typical "everyone suddenly hugs and is happy" type of mushy ending. I read that Jerry Seinfeld is producing a new reality series about helping fighting couples resolve their differences. That will be quite a departure from a "show about nothing."

I like the series of Seinfeld and it ended at a good time. If it had continued then i might have not been the same. Had it continued and still kept the great humor the of course we would all still be watching it. Seinfeld was a great show and you can get most of the episodes at surfthechannel.
