I think there is no super secure browser. No matter how much security developers build into software the behavior of the person will always be the weak link. All of the major browsers are safer than the browsing habits of their users. Anyway you can the top 10 reviews of Internet browser through this site - http://internet-browser-review.toptenreviews.com .

I'm always surprised seeing no one ever mentions GNUs rendition of Firefox (IceWeasel/IceCat) in 100% open source software. With so many security improvements that Firefox doesn't have because Mozilla disagrees with it. Sure, people might say that open source IS a lack of security. But usually there are more people working FOR the browser and its user than AGAINST ;)

no browser is secure... get a firewall and update your antivirus regulary.. this will act as prevention.
