My understanding of a cyber bully is someoone who you know that uses the internet to pick on you and just in general be mean to you. It is a problem because people that you do not even know belive the other person and in turn begin to judge you and pick on you also. Children are generaly the targets of this, and it can be prevented if parents would monitor their childrens online behavior instead of thinking they are invading their child's privacy.

yeah cyber bullying is when someone uses the internet and related technological devices etc to bully someone. I used to have this one guy who was on a chatroom I was a member of, and for whatever reason he decided he hated me. So every day I'd get a barrage of abuse, being told to kill myself in various ways and that I was ugly and useless and stupid etc etc. I didn't really care, 'cause I figured he was just a moron, but to someone younger, or someone who did care, it could definitely have been an absolutely terrible experience.
