ZTE-S, a subsidiary company of ZTE. When we worked for three years. never paid us the wages of overtime work. This year, because of global economy crisis, company want to cut us ,but it don't want to pay the expiation. So,we submit the lawsuit to court. When judge ask about the wages of overtime work .company's leader said:"We paid it,2YUAN per hour." What a inglorious man..

We also get no wage of the overtime work. I think that's very common in such software, electronic or communications or company. I wish you can get your dismission compensation, a responsible company should pay that.
