What about you?

Well, that depends on the day or what is going on in mylife. When I worked at McDonalds they used to poke so much fun at me because I would go through so many of those huge 64oz cups of water in an 8 hour period! Hehe. Right now I don't know how much water I drink but that is about all I can drink because I haven't got my refidgerator to my house yet. So, I have no way of storing my drink and keeping them from going bad. I don't usually drink that much juice anyway because it leave a sticky feeling in my mouth afterwards. Sometimes I will water it down a little and had sparkling water to it. It's a lot better that way. I drink coffee sometimes, but I haven't quite figured out what measurment of coffee to water it should be, so it doesn't turn out right that much!

Wow 9 glasses thats too much for me to drink a day. I know we should have atleast 5 liters of water and have usually 3 or 4 glasses and i hope that should be enough for me and i hope 9 glass of water keep u clean from inside
