In his last two books John Grisham sems to be attempting a slight deviation from his template style writing of the past. Both of his last two books could be set for sequels. The Appeal most definitely shold have a sequel or I might send Mr Grisham some hate mail of my own. Anyway, there is a thread of uncertainty in the end of the last book, The Associate. Most of his books end with main character on top of the world, (not literally), and with lots of money. The admirable trait about the last two books is their adherence to reality. But here is so much villainry in reality, I think the bad guys should get pounded in fiction at least.

I have not read this and probably never will unless my sister in law sends some of her old books to my wife, her sister. Cheers!!
