Can we make two google adsense account with one IP address?

Before three months i made an account on google adsense. But i after that i never log in there. Now i forgot my user name and password. Can i make another account on that site. Because now i want to pate the adds on my blog for earn money. Please tell me about this. thanks in advance my dear friends.
