500 push-ups every month? Exercise Daily

Well everyone dreams to have good body. I also sometimes think to tone my body. For that purpose every day I plan that I will start doing exercise daily but after 2-3 days it doesn't happens? Due to some or other reason I just avoid doing it. Therefore by starting this discussion I want you to share how you keep yourself healthy? Do you do regular exercise at home or you go to gym? I don't get time to go to gym and that's the reason I will initially start doing basic push-ups at home.
