Ordering a double cheesburger, large fries and a diet coke

i know it doesnt make sense. LoL. And I'm actually doing this myself. but at least when you order diet coke it gives you the feeling that , hey i shouldn't feel so guilty for eating fries after all i'm having diet coke. still it doesn't make sense. it's just that it's hard to give up the foods you really love but it's also hard to forget your dream of having a shapelier body.

very true lol! i have a friend that is exactly like that. She says she wants to lose weight but the things she orders are not the things i normally see what people who diet eats. She orders fastfood and lots of PASTA! i don't think pasta is something that people on diet should eat a lot right?

you might be ordering a diet coke not for your diet but maybe because you are diabetic I personally eat fast food from time to time and am diabetic so I go for diet drinks as they have low sugar content.

Hi lologirl ! Yeah it does seem funny ! My situation is a little different . I have trouble with my sugar dropping too low and I get light headed and shaky. I should stay away from sugar so I drink diet sodas . Ít isn't a weight thing with me , if anything I'm too thin and need the extra pounds . I only order diet drinks to try to keep my blood sugar from going out of wack .
