What shall i do face this kind of person?

There is one kind of person, no matter how you suggested to him ,he never accepted. That person made me so angry. Everyone know that no smoking in public. But in my office, there is a man often smoke in the room ignore all the stuff. All of us ask him to smoke outside in a very gentle expression, but he never change his habit. Smoking is so bad to the health, especially to our no-smoker. If you met this person, what will you do?

i would tell him to stop it, or i would tell your supervisor.whatever he or she doing its not fair for everyone.isn't is illigal to smoked in the public?if i was you i would tell him.

What pity of you! I can know you feeling,because I came accrossed a man before just like you mentioned. He is the only one that like smoking in our office.Eventhough the ventilation is not good can't stop his smoking.I think "selfish"is a good word to describe this kind of people. I am lucky that before I am in pregnacy term, I leave that office.
Oh, man,please look around, there are still others to kill slowly by your smoking!!

If there is a no smoking rule in your building, then it's simple. Tell him under no uncertain terms to put out the cig. We can't smoke in public buildings here, either, except in some restaurants. The restaurants make their own rules. But as far as the offices and stores, etc...it is a law. No Smoking. I am a smoker, but I don't have a problem with not smoking around other people. I mostly smoke in my car or at home. And not in my house. I don't allow any smoking around my kids.
