Have you ever been short changed?

I got short changed at burgerking at the weekend, it was really annoying because I got a take-out and I only realised when I got home. I ordered a double burger (double angus, bacon, smoked cheddar) and got a single instead. I suppose, I wouldnt have minded however, on my reciept it said double, and I had paid for it but just not recieved. I am goin to contact them and complain. Anyone else in the same boat?
