Vonage is going under?

So I have heard that Vonage's stocks are going down and that they are close to closing down. Is that true? I hope it's not because I am thinking to switch my phone to Vonage and only use Bell for internet, that is if I can't find cheaper Internet somewhere else. I've been comparing prices and Vonage has the best price so far. I wish they have Internet too. I went to Vonage forum but there is nothing there about their stocks or any sign of closing down. Can someone clarify this?

As far as I can tell vonage is not going down anytime soon. It is still popular as ever especially with grad students that came from out of country to do there masters. Since Vonage works with any decent internet connection many people buy Vonage and give it to their family back home so they can talk to them at affordable price. Vonage stocks going down doesn't mean anything as the economy is down right now. Citibank America's 2nd biggest bank is $2.90 now. Most of the companies are slowly recovering with the Obama's policies and plans.

I don't think Vonage is going under. If so, I think a lot more people would be hearing about it, and the media would be talking about it quite often. Not to mention, my sister and brother-in-law use Vontage. My brother-in-law is such a techie that he would definitely know if it were true. And I would have heard about it from him.
