heloo mylotters. im currently having trouble at my job with three other co workers. they are all women. its a very long story, but ill try to keep it short. well basically they are not speaking to me for whatever reason i do not know. One of them use to be good friends with me then i found out that she used to say some pretty horrible things about me behind my back. So i cut off my communications with her unless it had to deal with work. another co worker she fairly new. When she first started working she would talk to me real good then a week later i noticed that she wasnt saying anything to me at all. I know one of the other females told her something that wasnt true about me and manipulated her not to talk to me. im trying not to let it bother me but honestly it does. does anyone have any advice as to what i should do in this case? Should i keep ignoring them or what? Please help.

IMO I would go to my boss and have a mediation. You have to work with these women if there are issues going on you should inform your boss so that you don't get the short end of the stick. After you tell your boss what is going on ask him to hold a conference with you and these women .. I am saying that you have the boss there as a witness so that they can't say you said or did anything to upset them when you straight out ask them (pardon my language) What the He!! is going on! I really think the only way to deal with this is getting down to brass tacks and handling it head on. Sorry I know it doesn't work for all people but when my job is the place where drama is I squash it because I hate drama.

So very true. I agree with you one hundred percent, i totally hate drama. I was thinking about bringing the situation to my bosses attention but i wasnt sure if that would make the whole situation worst or better. They all could come up with some little lie to just try and get me fired or whatever the case may be. Or they just might talk about even more if they find out i went to the boss. I will however keep your suggestion in mind. Thank you for your input. I appreciate it.

Personally I would be real careful around people like this. They can be trouble for you and your job. I would not ignore them but I would be really careful around them. Say and hi and how are you doing like some small talk but never talk about much more than that. I hated working a regualr job that is why I work online, I am my own boss and I do not have to worry about crappy coworkers. TAke care and I hope this helps, happy mylotting

Im trying very hard to be careful. I do how ever stay polite and say good evening and good night to them. And if i need to tell them anything about work i will and thats it. And regarding to your statement that now you make your money online, what other websites are you apart of and how do you make that extra pocket money, if you dont mind me asking?
