i have been a code geass fan since the series began on adult swim. It is the single most swaying storyline and plot i have ever had the pleasure of knowing. To this day every episode is a work of genius to me. Im an english dubbed anime fan and i have seen pretty much any "good" english dub out there and i just gotta say..... Code Geass is just tops, without question. I'm only up to episode 38 so..... please don't ruin it for me. Anyways I wanna know what you think. And if you have any knowledge of a similar story. My "quest" to find an anime that rivals Code Geass has led to my discovery of quite a few worthwhile anime series. Please be mindful. I watch adult swim, if it is aired on that channel, then don't mention it because i already know about it.

I have seen the 2nd season but I could not find the first season. Could anyone tell me which site I could download the torrents from?

Code Geass is great and I totally love it too. I'm Lelouch moe! Hail Lelouch!!
You must continue watching. Anyway, I watch the english sub. I never watch english dub as I feel anime should be watched in its original language. I think you should watch the english sub as the voice behind Lelouch is simply great. The voice actor did a really great job.
If you like CLAMP works, perhaps you can try out Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles, X TV or xxxholic.

First off i recomend watchinf anime in japanese with english subtitles and my favorite anime is Welcome to the NHK a must see. I have seen hundreds so if you need/want some to watch message me i can also tell you where to watch them.

I'm a big fan of Code Geass as well. I think it is one of the best anime ever created. My favorite character there CC and Lelouch of course.
