Is it true that with diet in eating will decrease weight of a body?

One of my friend, who was very fat had asked me to tell some tips for decrease! I know that with proper diet in food and excersize we decrease. Is this true!

diet will help. just eat only when you are hungry and only eat enough to fill you up. if you don't finish, don't worry about it. you will begin to fix smaller plates or order less as time goes on. exercise is always good. you don't have to kill yourself at it either. just a good medium pace walk for about 30 minutes a day will make a lot of difference. you should also take a multi vitamin. you need all your vitamins when you are dieting and working out. you don't want your body to miss out on anything. then you will get sick. tell your friend good luck

observing proper diet habits is the main key to lose weight properly. yes, those exercises is also of utmost importance. however, taking meals will not be when one feels hungry. instead, it should be to take the full meals at the proper hours. i wonder if you have tried being on a diet, melissa. a person who is used to eating without caution, will feel hungry all the time when he/she goes on a diet. this is the cause of that swinging weight which is observed by most who are into dieting. this is a condition wherein, what one has lost today, will be back in tomorrow.

dieting means taking a good balanced diet everyday with full meals taken at the right time. now, there should be no overeating at all. it is wise to cut on the intake of carbohydrates and dairy products, as well as, on meat consumption. there is a need to increase the intake of water (this will complement for the snacks which will be scrapped), take lots of high fiber fruits and high fiber vegetables. this will be very good to take instead of those snack foods. then, always remember that exercising is very important. this means that dieting does not necessarily mean skipping meals. instead, it simply means taking the right food. by the way, it is very important to take no evening meals. high fiber fruits and vegetables will be fine, though.
