Falling...

I have fallen out of bed 3 times that I can remember and one of those times was when I was half asleep and it was a hot night and I was trying to get cool and roll onto a colder side of the bed, I rolled once but not cold enough then again but kept going, landed on the floor, bashed my shoulder on the side table and I was wide awake for hours after that.....
Have you ever fell out of bed ?

Not since I have grown up . When I was a kid I was all over the bed . I would wake up with my head at the foot of the bed many many times . My grandmother woudn't sleep with me because I would kick her in my sleep . I do remember falling out of bed back then , but not anymore , thankfully, I'm too old , and it would hurt alot more now .

Hello monsterj1! I remember falling to the bed one time. It's the time when I have a lot of stress because it's our (my husband and I) last night together and he will go back to usa in the morning. In the middle of the night I feel out from the bed and my husband woke up and he tried to help me. Thank God it's I am not hurt.
