Do you go to work when you are sick

sometimes. I usually think about if there are any big tests the next day, or if we are starting or on a difficult topic. If so then I will usually try and go to school. Unless I am really sick, then I will just call my frineds later to get the stuff that i missed. I hate getting behind in class!

Depends on how sick I really am to skip classes. If I can still make myself get up from my bed, then I can still make it to attend classes. And depends also if my concentration still focused. If not, then better stay home and get better.

hi rubypatson! well yeah, when i used to work for a company, i would go to work even if i am not feeling well. i will just go home and rest when i really could handle it anymore. but if i can just take the pill and be better after closing my eyes, i would stay. i usually cashed out my sick leaves by the end of the year, so i don't want to use them up. as long as i can, i would report for work. well, i really like my job even if the pay wasn't that good and i was overworked, but it was okay with me. so it was fine with me to go to work even if i was sick. :D take care and God bless you! happy mylotting! :D

if i just have a cold i still go to work but if i'm vomitting i'll stay home. once work called me in cause i took a couple days off and they didn't beleive me so i went in and sat with a bucket beside my desk. when i started vomitting in front of everyone they sent me back home.

Hi ruby.I hope you'd feel much better by tomorrow. In my case,it would depend on the activities that are scheduled for the day.If there is something urgent that requires me to be present,then I would have no choice but to show up.Otherwise,I'd probably just call in sick. Take care and get well soon.
