Sick of Eating the Same dinner Every Night!

Are you sick of eating the same food day in and day out? How do you "mix up your meals" to add more variety, flavor, to keep things interesting without jeopardizing nutritional value? Fast, healthy, nutritious meals that the family will enjoy.... Please, share your tips, recipes, or suggestions! We are tired of the same, tacos, soup, meat, sauce, blah.....need some spice in our lives!

Hi pitgull...I have times like that when I just feel theres nothing new to eat. Everything has already been eaten and I am sick of it! Often I will either eat out, or turn to the internet. I will pick a food I like and look up recipes. I often find the kraft site helpful for different things..Recently I made kraft dinner, put it in a skillet and added broccoli, ground beef, tomatoes,green peppers and mushrooms...It was really quite good..I also saw while on that site, a recipe for a pizza using kraft dinner as the crust..Just look up Kraft dinner pizza! I also like to use those tins of crescent rolls and wrap up italian sausages, cheese, mushrooms , peppers and bake them. One of my favourites is a mild italian sausage, on an Italian bun, with sour kraut, mozzarella cheese and mustard! How about a yummy baked potato, smothered in chili or hamburg and tomatoes, green pepper and mushrooms. Oh I have to stop now, im making myself hungry!!

How about baked chicken,seasoned with rosemary or poultry seasoning. Paired with roasted potatoes and aspargus. That is what i had last night.
