Any ideas for a nice business? it doesn't have to be online and it can be small as well. As long as it's making profits.

it really depends on where you live, do you live near a beach or resort?

Hi. I have a regular job and at the same time, I am earning from my business which gives me more than 10 times than I am earning in my regular job. I just can't quit the job. Well, anyway, starting up a business will success if you have interest on it and if you about your business. I have 3 small stores of franchise foods in malls and I am also selling printed shirts that my friend and I designed it. My wife has her own bookstore in a mall as well and she has 2 small stores of franchised food products as well. It doesn't matter what type of goods you are selling as long as you can handle it. My wife and I doing business and we still have regular job. She is planning to quit on the job to have a full time in our business.

The best way is to buy maximum consumable articles in wholesale and give them to the near by residents with meagre rise in profits which will be beneficial to you as you are getting the products at wholesale price for your use and it is beneficial to them as they are getting much less price compared to the retailer rate.

Before establishing your own business, be sure that you like the business you want to build and you know something about it. Also, you must also make a research about the location you want to put your business. Know the status of the people living there, if they can afford to buy your foods or services. So that you can adjust your prices.

like the other poster said, there are many thing/factors to consider before putting up a business. it will depends on where your location is, your budget, target market, population on the place you will establish your office, etc. try to have a feasibility study first.
