Do you take a noon break at office?

On work days, do you have a nap at noon? How long? I usually have a nap for half a hour. If I didn't nap, in the afternoon I will be exhausted and inefficient.

I think more companies should let people take an hour long nap, they should get a half hour lunch break then an hours nap, they could always work them until 6 instead of 5pm. I have never taken a nap at work, but I think if more companies let their employees take naps or exercise they would get more work done.

We have a hour break at noon, so we have lunch first then go back to the office for a nap. We do work until a quarter past 6pm.

i don't think i can take a nap in an office because it's hard for me to fall asleep in places other than the bedroom... happy mylotting!
