I received an email regarding an update for cancer prevention. I want to circulate and let you know about it. Allow me to give you all the details and just read it. I don't know who is the author or the site where it came from, so bear with me. PLEASE CIRCULATE. Cancer Update please see below ! Hopkins This information is being circulated at Walter Reed Army Medical Center as well. Please circulate to all you know; Cancer update Johns Hopkins - Cancer News from Johns Hopkins No plastic containers in micro No water bottles in freezer. No plastic wrap in microwave...... A dioxin chemical causes cancer, especially breast cancer. Dioxins are highly poisonous to the cells of our bodies. Don't freeze your plastic bottles with water in them as this releases dioxins from the plastic. Recently, Edward Fujimoto, Wellness Program Manager at Castle Hospital , was on a TV program to explain this health hazard. He talked about dioxins and how bad they are for us. He said that we should not be heating our food in the microwave using plastic containers.. This especially applies to foods that contain fat He said that the combination of fat, high heat, and plastics releases dioxin into the food and ultimately into the cells of the body... Instead, he recommends using glass, such as Corning Ware, Pyrex or ceramic containers for heating food... You get the same results, only without the dioxin So such things as TV dinners, instant ramen and soups, etc., sho uld be removed from the container and heated in something else. Paper isn't bad but you don't know what is in the paper. It's just safer to use tempered glass, Corning Ware, etc. He reminded us that a while ago some of the fast food restaurants moved away from the foam containers to paper. The dioxin problem is one of the reasons... Also, he pointed out that plastic wrap, such as Saran, is just as dangerous when placed over foods to be cooked in the microwave. As the food is nuked, the high heat causes poisonous toxins to actually m elt out of the plastic wrap and drip into the food. Cover food with a paper towel instead.

Thanks maean for sharing this important news. Indeed we are too careless while using microwave and refrigerator. Plastics could be dangerously toxic and bad plastics are there everywhere in my country. I am going to forward this and put this up on my site. Keep sharing.

I received the same or similar facts about your topic. I was surprised because those are taken for granted. It is good that you shared the information and we all learn from it and apply it.

Yes, I agree with the statement made and it is proven with scientific proof once we take HLB Blood Test ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Wtqs8gOqx1I ). Not only that, the plastic bottle normally mineral water when left in the car which directly exposed to sun ray also effected and produces a layer of dioxin. More worse who buy hot drink like tea, coffee, etc. which used plastic "bag", rapidly effected. I heard this bad news from my doctor who treated me for Chelation and EECP therapy while on my HLB Blood Test session. Where I clearly/obviously seen my worse red blood cell. That is why, now many people taking back "brown rice" to slow down or prevent from cancer building. For those who got cancer disease, only "stemcell" treatment which able to rapidly cure the cancer. The cheapest "stemcell" treatment only available in Malaysia. I have made many comparisons about the costs for "stemcell" treatment by comparing to other countries like Switzerland and UK.

Hello there! Use it. Yes, i have heard of the crucial effect of plastics and styro and now it seems like even plastic bottled water has dioxin when placed on freezers, that was new to me. We all benefit to this information, that's why I posted it.
