Will you call for a take-out if the weather is poor?

As a college student, I find that many classmates of mine are prefer to stay at dormitory, especially when the weather is poor. And everytime when it is raining outside, no matter it is pouring or drizzling, they will call for a take-out and enjoy their leisure time in the dormitory, while those deliverguys take pains to earn a little bit extra money in the pouring rain. I think it is not quite fair to those hardworking deliverguys. Will you call for a take-out if the weather is poor as my classmates? Or will you call for a take-out but give more tips than usual?
