There are many instance in my life i failed to weight my words before I respond, because I was so angry I lashed out whatever comes to my mouth, and end up regretting. And I was too embarrassed to admit it. I believe that we should always think before we act, and slow to speak. One someone is angry that the worse time to respond to someone, because we will only talk what come to our mouth, whether its good or bad. And sometime we only let our self down. Its better not to talk and cool off first before, and when we do that we will think the right things to say.

Agree with you. It is good to express out the bad feelings we have inside but we need also to evaluate what would be the result of such action to others. So better stop for some moment to think. =)

Hi willy6...It seems as though you are learning a very valuable lesson. Words spoken in anger are most often regretted...It is easy to say at the time, but sometimes very hard to repair the damage afterwards. If you are angry, and even if you are not, always think before you speak..Dont say anything to someone that you wouldnt want said to you.

I agree..I'm kinda like this as well. I regret the things that I say after I calmed down. So what I do is, I go for a walk...and just talk when I'm not angry anymore.

This is my ongoing battle! I am a very temperamental girl and when I got angry I usually say things that I will regret later on... or something that doesnt help the problem at all, instead will just hurt the people around me etc. But every day I am struggling to change my ways... i tried to calm down first and think first before I speak...

You are right. Anger only produces negative feelings and situation. When we are angry, it's better to keep our mouth shut to avoid saying things that might make us regret later. Anger cause us to be hot tempered most of the time we don't listen to reason.
