I just tried ulead 3D studio for designing my logo, it works better but it needs much practice and freehand motion in designing. It has limited tools to design and has no options for converting the created file into various formats. Only we can convert it as a video format in avi and swf flash format. It takes more time when the frames are more and has difficult to draw the path for moving object. We cannot define exactly the shape what we required but try my best with the available tools. So i searched for other software for creating 3D Logos other than Ulead, but i found nothing better than this. If you found any software please give me the answer.

It is crucial to keep the file size small. Ulead3D is not bad at doing this but Macromedia (now Adobe) Flash is better and gives more control. However, the Macromedia CS4 suite of programs I use (Dreamweaver, Flash and Fireworks) now has a huge price tag of £1,363 in the UK so I make do with version 3 which does all I need. I use Ulead3D for 'quick and dirty' work and find it good value.
