friendship is a relation in which there are no barriers.you can freely talk with each other and stay together and enjoy life.FRIENDS are not meant to always hang around with...such people are not our true friends....a TRUE FRIEND IS ONE WHO HELPS US OUT WHEN WE ARE IN TROUBLE OR SHOULD ADVICE US WHEN WE ARE WORRIED...

I agree with this statement also. My Parents would tell me, you are a truly blessed person if you can count the number of friends that you have on one hand. How many "true" friends does anyone really have? One that will be there for you when times are tough? Friends that are willing to listen and help us when we need it? How many times have you known someone that has been in serious trouble (addiction) and a friend tried to get them help? A true friend would try to get them help and never give up on them. Sometimes friends just walk away and if they do, they were never a true friend.

What a true statement that is. A real friend would be there for you no matter what, or rather they should be there for you. If you are worried, they should help ease your fears, and you ask for their opinion they should be totally honest with you. I also agree that friends don't always have to "hang out" with each other. Even spouses need thier space, we don't want to spend every waking moment with just one person. We are all individuals and we all need our individual space and the freedom to be with the friends of our choosing, and just because we don't spend every day with that friend doesn't mean that they are not our friend.
