Fiction or non-fiction?

I love reading.. actually it's my number one hobby... to tell the truth I'm a book geek cuz I read just about anything... non-fiction or factual books yeah, like medical books, sciences, etc. But I love fiction ones especially historical romance novels written by Johanna Lindsey, Catherine Coulter, Judith Mcnaught, etc... I'm a romantic at heart and finding the old world in these books make me long to see what it's like living in the past centuries... As for thrillers, I like Dean Koontz the most... So, what about you... Fiction or Non-fiction? And why do you love reading them? Hugs to all of you... ^_^

i read strictly for pleasure & i nearly always read fiction. i love mysteries w/a little love thrown in.

awww. well, I've been reading a lot of fiction lately, too... hmmm.. you like those stuff too??? How about trying Judith McNaught? she's really good. I love her novels

yes, i have read her. she is real good to. we must like about the same kind of books. i love to read. mylot has cut into my reading time. lol. i enjoy it to.

hahaha. I think so, too and yes, MyLot had cut into my time of reading hahaha. I like mylot since the first time I signed in here... ^_^

Wow! This is the first time I came across a stranger who is also a fan of Judith McNaught :D I've read a lot of her novels and I also prefer the ones set in Victorian Age. My favorite would probably be Whitney, my Love

yay! hahaha... I love her books and so is Johanna Lindsey's... Although I do dabble on factual books like sciences and medical books thanks too for responding... we cannot avoid the discussions that are deleted because we have to stick to the rules hee hee...

Fiction mostly and mostly Science Fiction and Fantasy. Used to read a lot of historical fiction, mostly haven't had the time to keep up lately. Right now I'm reading a book by Elizabet Moon that somebody recommended here on myLot. The Speed of Dark - has a protagonist with autism. Very good so far...

YAY! I'll look for that one when I get to the bookstore this weekend after my melatonin errand . lately I haven't been reading since I got into mylot and too busy at work. A friend had lent a fantasy book but I haven't gotten around to opening it even on the first page hahaha... me bad! no read! lol

hello vishwaskg, I like those too when I was in High school but the older I get I tend to read more factual books and romantic novels hahaha thanks for responding. have a great weekend... ^_^
