What is the best dog training advice out there?

There's an infomercial I saw awhile back that claimed to train a bad dog in as little as one week. I forgot the name of it and I really need to get this DVD.
Or for that matter anyone out there who has used some dog training material tell me the best ones that worked for you. Thanks.

Caesar is the one I would choose. I like his good common sense and think it can be applied to any dog. I know he offers DVDs.
