The biggest worry of any employee is what if i die and what would happen to my kids and my wife.. would they have enough.. Now Govt of Haryana ( India) has done something unthinkable. They retire everyone at age of 58 so if any employee dies before that age who is a regular Haryana Govt Employee ( well over couple of millions employees work for Haryana State Govt) his widow would get full pay what he was getting including all allowances till what would be his retirement age..ie if an employee dies at age of 30 his widow would get his full pay every month for next 28 years. Cause of death can be anything.. can be accident, disease or die on duty like police. After that she would get his pension what ever amount it would have been if he was alive.. It is for all employees irrespective of economic status of wife.. Same is case if wife is employed and dies husband would get same benefits. So what do u say guys.. do u like this perk?
