as lazy as a cat - i am sometimes as lazy as a cat, having no desire to do anything, but stay home doing nothing
Hello cindy. Sometimes I have the same feeling, having no desire to do anything, but stay home with my computer. I am quite as lazy as a cat, which is enjoying itself in the warm sun. But once I start to do something, I always keep myself very busy with it. Take care, friend.

There have been times that I have felt like this. I know that with some of my Health issues sometimes on my days off, or some nights when I come home from work, etc. I just feel like kicking off my shoes, and go lay down, etc. and get away from it all. But personally there is nothing wrong with feeling that way from time to time. It just depends on how long you let it last, as well as do you let it control your life completely. As I have suffered from depression on and off for yrs. this could also be a sign of depression, and if it is getting worse, you should consider talking to someone about it, and see if it is something you should be taking Medication for as well.

Absolutely Cindy. Today was a lazy day for me. I just felt like lazing around and doing nothing at all. Sometimes when I get like this I just go with the flow and other times I have to fight it off and get things done. I love my lazy days when I can just relax and afford myself some well needed relaxation and rest.

Yes, I am. As a matter of fact, I'm feeling lazy right now. And I was feeling lazy most of the day today. But you know what? My better self didn't allow me to get my less-than-better-self's way. I was still able to clean the house, wash clothes, do my grocery shopping, cook, and wash the dishes! Lazy mood huh? But the feeling of not moving at all was overwhelming this morning when I woke up. It was just good that I was able to overcome it.

However i such lazy too will not be been long myself,I will control the movement which one will make some to like, or and the friend will exit to relax together.Ithought many friends will have the lazy time. so long as the academic society adjusted is good!

It sounds like you are depressed, not just lazy. Most people get like that some times. And sometimes we are just lazy too. But if you feel this way and it doesn't go away or get any better in short order I'd see a doctor.

Ya, I know how you feel. I have also gone through strecthes where I just don't feel like doing anything. I assume everyone has those moments sometimes, and everyone deals with those moments differently. For me, either I go find myself a book to read, or I play xiangqi, until these "don't feel like doing anything moments" pass for me.

Well during my college days I was also very lazy. I also affected my academic performance. Then I planned to some topics within specific period. It means you have to give some time-limit for every task you do. At least try to do that. Plan daily what you will do throughout the day. This will really help you.

Yes, I go through that..don't we all? A lot of times I think its more of a hassle to go out and do things w/people but when I DO decide to go out I am glad I did..Ive just got stuck in this rut of staying home all the time..but I really am much happier at home b/c my family is here and spending time with my kids means more to me than going out anyways..

Hi cindyhxf, yes we all feel that way sometimes. I have days when all I want to do is lay around and read, I don't want work, clean, cook or anything. Sometimes I think it's hormonal, when I'm PMSing I can get very tired. But if it continues for a more than a few days you may depressed. The best thing to do is make yourself do something! Get out and take a walk, make yourself call a friend. Think about all the good things in your life not the negatives. If you can't snap out of it in a few days you might want to see a doctor.
