OK, this is really embarrassing but here goes. I used to have an occasional leak if I coughed hard or sneezed many times. I used to use pantie liners and needed a change maybe a couple times a day. Now I have to use medium to heavy flow menstrual pads and am changing them quite often. I cannot afford the pads for incontinence. I don't have health insurance for medications or surgery and the Kegal Exercises don't help any longer. If I cough or sneeze in a repetitive manner (like 3 or 4 in a row) or if my bladder is full and I get up to go, I can actually flood my pad before I get to the toilet. Now the new scary one is, I have been woken up out of sound sleep already flowing, So Now What?
