Do you sell AD space, and if so how much do you make monthly?

I'm just curious for those who step away from Adsense or maybe in combination with Adsense sell AD space. If you do, how much do you make monthly and how much traffic do you have coming to your site/blog? What're reasonable rates to charge for certain amounts of traffic, etc. Any help with this would be great, thanks!
