Hi people..... You must be aware regarding the current job situation in USA, or in other developed and developing countries. Even there is an announcement from Obama that there would be tax reduction for the companied who would stop outsourcing as well.... If you honestly ask me, i believe that's something that should'nt be there.Success of a company totally depends on the globalization and the revenue.Outsourcing seems to be a good idea and even offering H1 visa. So, i don't believe if a person deserves a postion, he or she would be jobles....I am not taking current situation as there has a great loss to all industries across the globe. By creating few thousand jobs by outsourcing, would not affect the job situation.Rather than focusing on investing money where you need to employ more people, selecting this option coz of the mindset is "NOT' acceptable....
